根据劳动和社会保障部、财政部、审计署企业工资内外收入监督检查领导小组联于做好2001年企业工资内外收入监督检查工作的通知》(薪检发[2001]1号)和原劳动部、财政部、审计署颁发的《国有企业工资内外收入监督检查实施办法》以及原福建省劳动厅、财政厅下发的《福建省国有企业经营者工资收入暂行管理办法》(闽劳综[1997]28号)文件要求,为确保国家有关企业工资法律法规和政策的落实,加强国有企业工资收入制度的治理整顿,规范工资分配秩序,完善省属国有企业经营者工资收入管理办法,增强国有企业经营者工资收入透明度,经省劳动和社会保障厅、省财政厅、省审计厅研究决定对省属国有企业2001年度工资内外收入情况进行一次全面检查,重点对省属国有企业经营者的工资内外收入情况进行了解。现将有关事项通知如下:
