为了提高钢管精度,并减少其椭圆度,国外广泛采用了二、三辊回转定径机。本文中提出了微张力(或不带张力)二辊斜轧减径的轧制工艺。使用这种轧制工艺既可提高管材精度,又可获得较大的减径量,因而可以代替少机架的纵轧减径机。要掌握这种生产工艺,必须对壁厚变化规律、临界减径量、力及运动学参数等问题进行研究。本文着重阐叫上述问题。
In order to improve the accuracy of steel pipe, and reduce its ovality, widely used abroad, two, three-roll rotary sizing machine. In this paper, we propose a rolling process of reducing the diameter of two rolls with slight tension (or without tension). The use of this rolling process can improve the pipe accuracy, but also to obtain a larger amount of reduction, which can replace the less rack vertical reduction machine. To master this production process, we must study the rules of wall thickness variation, critical reduction, force and kinematic parameters. This article focuses on the above issues.
