随着社会经济的不断发展,建筑行业得到了快速的发展,各种建筑工程项目日益增多,其中工民建工程项目最多。因为工民建工程对施工质量要求非常高。为了可以有效提高工民建工程施工的整体质量,一定要加强施工技术及质量管理控制,保证工民建工程施工的整体质量。针对这一情况,本文对工民建工程的施工技术要点进行分析,结合工民建工程的施工情况,提出加强工民建工程施工质量管理的措施,实现工民建工程建设的可持续发展。
With the continuous development of social economy, the construction industry has been rapid development, a growing number of various construction projects, of which the largest number of civil construction projects. Because of civil construction projects on the construction quality requirements are very high. In order to effectively improve the overall quality of civil construction projects, we must strengthen the construction technology and quality management control, to ensure the overall quality of construction workers. In view of this situation, this article analyzes the technical points of construction of civil construction projects, and puts forward measures to strengthen the construction quality management of civil construction projects in light of the construction conditions of civil construction projects to achieve the sustainable development of construction projects.
