D-二聚体(D-D)是交联纤维蛋白经纤溶酶水解所产生的一种特异性降解产物,我们测定了32例小儿原发性肾病综合征(Ns)患者血浆D-D的含量。本组男22例,女10例,年龄2岁~14岁,平均年龄6.8岁,其中合并肾静脉血栓3例,激素耐药16例,全部病例肝功能正常。对照组为同期住院治疗的上呼吸道感染病人,男14例,女11例,年龄3岁~14岁,平均年龄7.6岁。采用澳大利亚Agen Biomedical limited试剂盒,以乳胶凝集法测定。结果以x~2检验行统计学处理。结果:D-D半定量≥0.5mg/L为阳性,NS组阳性率为
D-dimer (D-D) is a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin hydrolyzed by plasmin. We measured plasma D-D levels in 32 children with primary nephrotic syndrome (Ns).
