对选自国内2个优良种源群体不同林分的44个尾叶桉自由授粉家系,进行生长性状、形质性状、木材基本密度和抗风能力的遗传分析,结果表明性状间的差异极显著,家系性状遗传力大于单株遗传力,生长性状与形质性状遗传相关极显著。运用指数选择法对家系进行多性状综合选择,以大于I0家系群体平均指数值为标准,选出25个优良家系,其树高、胸径、材积、木材基本密度、抗风指数的遗传增益与对照相比,分别达到2.84%、5.17%、12.67%、3.20%和2.617%,枝下高、干形和分枝分别为12.24%、7.95%、4.43%。
A total of 44 Eucalyptus urophylla pollinators from different provenances in China were selected for genetic analysis of growth traits, quality traits, wood basic density and wind resistance. The results showed that there were significant differences among traits , The heritability of pedigree was greater than the heritability of heritability, and the genetic correlation between growth traits and quality traits was extremely significant. The index selection method was used to conduct comprehensive selection of multi-trait families. Based on the average index value of I0 pedigree population, 25 elite pedigrees were selected. The tree height, DBH, timber volume, wood basic density and genetic gain of wind resistance index Respectively, reaching 2.84%, 5.17%, 12.67%, 3.20% and 2.617%, respectively. The height, stem shape and branching of branches were 12.24%, 7.95% , 4.43%.
