目的:总结儿童肱骨髁上骨折的诊断与治疗经验。方法:回顾分析2007年3月至2010年8月我院收治的32例肱骨髁上骨折患儿的临床资料。结果:32例患儿均获得10～30个月的随访,随访期内无1例出现肘内翻畸形和Volkmann挛缩,肘关节功能恢复良好。结论:早期诊断和适当治疗对儿童肱骨髁上骨折患儿的预后有重要的影响。
Objective: To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of supracondylar humerus fractures in children. Methods: The clinical data of 32 children with supracondylar humerus fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2007 to August 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All the 32 children were followed up for 10-30 months. None of them had cubitus varus deformity and Volkmann contracture during the follow-up period, and elbow joint function recovered well. CONCLUSION: Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment have an important effect on the prognosis of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus.
