研究了聚苯乙烯微球自组装形成的蛋白石结构光子晶体在不同温度处理后的微观形貌与反射光谱.实验结果发现随着处理温度的升高,蛋白石结构中的聚苯乙烯微球向正十二面体转变,反射光谱峰值向着短波长方向移动.实测结果证明了填充率和有效折射率对禁带位置的影响,并与理论模拟结果相符.
The microscopic morphology and the reflection spectra of the opal crystals formed by the self-assembly of polystyrene microspheres under different temperatures were studied. The experimental results showed that with the increase of the treatment temperature, the polystyrene microspheres in the opal structure were positive The dodecahedron transitions and the peak value of the reflection spectrum shifts toward the short wavelength.The measured results show that the filling rate and the effective refractive index have an effect on the forbidden band position and are consistent with the theoretical simulation results.
