采用激光冲击处理(LSP)工艺对TC4钛合金钨极氩弧焊焊缝进行焊后处理,分别检测经过激光处理的焊缝及未经处理的焊缝的表面显微硬度、接头的拉伸性能、接头的疲劳寿命。结果表明:与未经LSP处理的接头相比,TC4钛合金TIG焊焊缝经过激光冲击强化处理后,焊缝区域表面显微硬度降低,而焊缝热影响区表面显微硬度增大;焊接接头的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后延伸率、疲劳寿命均得到了不同程度的提高。
Laser welding process (LSP) was used to weld the TC4 TIG weld. The surface microhardness of the laser-treated and untreated weld were measured, and the tensile properties of the joint Fatigue life of joints. The results show that the microhardness of the weld surface decreases and the microhardness of the heat affected zone increases when the TIG weld of TC4 titanium alloy is strengthened by laser shock treatment compared with the joint without LSP treatment. Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after fracture, fatigue life have been improved to varying degrees.
