Apple’s market capitalization topped the list in 2011 for the first time in the world, reaching more than $ 500 billion in 2012. However, this highly publicized publicly traded company is also the most mysterious company in management practices; new employees do not know at first Work content; there may be new access to the office without notice at all; meanness to explain business plans to shareholders and analysts, and even Harvard scholars who are denied access to research. Over the years, business schools have taught us that good management needs to be empowered, but Apple’s CEO is a one-size-fits-all and Apple employees are obliged to obey orders instead of providing advice. When the mainstream business is toward transparency, The practice is really mysterious, we can not help but ask, Apple’s practice is the maverick, or Apple’s style is the object of business imitation.
