病历摘要例1 女患,40岁。该患自14岁始原因不明走路常摔倒,持物不稳。后病情逐年加重,以致不能走路和参加劳动。查体:双上肢震颤,以手部为重,肌强直,运动减少,头部前倾、躯干俯屈、行走时无上肢摆动呈慌张步态等特征。体温、血压正常。心率不快、心律齐。肝、脾未触及。实验室检查:血、尿常规检查正常。肝功、转氨酶正常。否认患过脑炎及药物、有毒物接触史。眼科检查未见 K-F 环。临床诊断:震颤麻痹。从23岁开始坚持服用安坦,可以从事轻劳动。例2 例1妹,38岁。该患生育二胎后
