在柴油乳化机的机械系统中,采用搅拌、剪切、高压雾化喷射等环节,经过多次循环乳化,实现乳化柴油分子团的平均直径大小控制,改善乳化质量。在柴油乳化机的电气控制系统中,使用了液位传感器、流量计等检测设备,主轴电机为三相交流异步电机,以基于自适应模糊控制的变频调速控制系统实现转速控制,经初步检验分析该系统可以在没有使用乳化剂的情况下使经搅拌和剪切过程中的油—水分子团直径更小、分布更均匀,达到提高乳化油稳定性的效果。
