1999年10月,江苏省常州市公安局钟鼓楼区分局刑警大队通过长期侦查,成功抓获周明盗窃商店犯罪团伙,破获涉及3省50多个城市等地盗窃商店案件77志,涉案总价值160余万元。通过对该团伙盗窃案的侦破,使我们对当前盗窃团伙新型作案手段有了进一步认识,为以后类似案件的侦破积累了一些成功的经验。破案过程此案的侦破过程较长,从获取线索至抓获疑犯,历时近9个月,纵观整个破案过程,大致可分为以下几个阶段:
