全国农技推广中心在其3月中旬发布的《2012年水稻重大病虫害防控方案》中预测,2012年我国水稻病虫害呈偏重发生态势,发生程度重于2011年。各水稻产区的防控重点分别为:华南稻区,包括广东、福建、广西、海南双季稻种植区,重点防控稻飞虱、稻纵卷叶螟、南方水稻黑条矮缩病和锯齿叶矮缩病、稻瘟病、纹枯病,注意防控稻曲病、二化螟、三化螟。长江中下游和江淮稻区,包括江西、湖南、湖北、安徽、江苏、浙江、上海、河南中南部单双季
