本文通过对新疆地矿局开展管理升级活动试点单位的调查所反映出的问题进行了分析。认为当前地勘单位管理升级进展缓慢的主要原因在于:对管理升级的意义认识不清,组织不力、自身差距和努力目标不明,各项管理制度尚不健全,缺乏实事求是的规划。
This article analyzes the problems reflected by the investigation conducted by the pilot units of management and upgrading activity of Xinjiang Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. The main reason for the slow progress of management and promotion of geological exploration units is that the understanding of the meaning of management upgrading is not clear, the organization is not strong, the gap between itself and the goal of efforts are not clear, the management systems are not perfect and the planning of seeking truth from facts is lacking.
