大队辅导员工作是做好少先队员工作的基础,做好辅导员工作,对于营造良好的学习氛围和育人环境,维持正常的教学工作秩序,促进少先队员的综合素质提高,都有十分重要的意义。在少先队辅导员工作中,我作了一些探索和尝试,个人体会是,面对新课程的提出,素质教育的要求以及当今复杂的国际形势,要做好少先队辅导员工作,我们必须首先认清辅导员这支大军的地位与作用,强化角色意识,并通过新的理念指导,重塑德育形象,实现必要转变。

In the work of Young Pioneers Counselors, I made some explorations and attempts.
