目的探讨脑性瘫痪（Cerebralpalsy，CP）CT检查的临床意义。方法对83例脑性瘫痪患儿进行CT检查并进行分析。结果发现不同病因、分型及合并症的CP患儿其CT表现各有特点。结论CT检查对CP患儿的病因、分型、合并症及预后评估等方面有一定临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Cerebralpalsy (CP) CT. Methods 83 cases of children with cerebral palsy were examined by CT and analyzed. The results showed that different etiology, classification and comorbid CP children have their own CT features. Conclusion CT examination of children with etiology, classification, complications and prognosis of a certain clinical significance.
