本文报告５０例垂体腺瘤，男３０例，女２０例，年龄１６～６１岁，其中泌乳腺素瘤２５例，混合性腺瘤６例，生长激素腺瘤５例，促肾上腺皮质激素（ＡＣＴＨ）瘤１例，无分泌性腺瘤１３例，全组采用单侧鼻前庭切口经蝶显微切除肿瘤，经随访２个月～１５年效果满意，证明本手术方法可减少手术创伤，缩短手术时间，又可避免美容缺陷，是一种较为实用的手术方法。
This article reports 50 cases of pituitary adenoma, 30 males and 20 females, aged 16 to 61 years, including 25 cases of prolactinoma, mixed adenoma in 6 cases, 5 cases of growth hormone adenoma, adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) There were 1 case of tumor and 13 cases of no secretory adenoma. The entire group was treated with unilateral nasal vestibular incision and underwent microsurgical removal of the tumor. The results were satisfactory after 2 months to 1 year and 5 years of follow-up. This proved that this surgical method can reduce the surgical trauma and shorten the operation. Time, but also to avoid cosmetic defects, is a more practical surgical method.
