记得大学《经济学》课上,老师曾问过这样一个问题:2个人如何平分1个饼?一时间,课堂成了讨论的天地,答案层出不穷,有回答说让第3个人分饼;有回答说一个人分,另一个人先拿,众说纷纭。最后,老师给出的答案是2个人首先考虑的并不是如何把饼分成2部分,而是把现有的饼作为资源,继续把饼做大,才是分饼的最佳解决方案。其实,这只不过是一个很简单的经济学问题,但在现实中,实现起来就不像答案那样简单。对于企业而言,当一个企业发展到一定程度的时候,可能需创造新的起点或出现难以逾越的瓶颈,收购、合并、重组作为企业可持续发展的道路之一,成为当今国际卡车领域的流行风尚。各大公司都在适时地根据自己的发展战略来实施相应的收购、合作计划。最近一段时间,卡车行业中的沃尔沃集团和德国曼商用车公司先后实行了收购计划。就目前现状而言,沃尔沃全面收购日产柴公司已成定局,而德国曼公司收购斯堪尼亚却陷入进退为难的局面。无论最后的结果怎样,这其中能带给国内卡车行业哪些启示,成了焦点中的焦点。
