创伤性慢性溃疡的特点是病情较长,创口腐肉难去,脓液不断,不易收敛,亦属顽治之症,笔者常以内服外敷之法,取得满意疗效。内服阳和汤:由熟地、鹿角胶、麻黄、肉桂,白芥子、姜炭、甘草等组成。外敷自制金疮膏:由血杰、血余炭、轻粉,自然铜、当归、乳香、没药、蟾酥、梅片,甘草、黄连等组成。
Traumatic chronic ulcers are characterized by a long period of illness. It is difficult to get rot in the mouth, pus is constant, and it is not easily converging. It is also an intractable disease. I often take the method of internal application orally and obtain satisfactory results. Oral Yang He Tang: Consisting of Rehmannia, antler, ephedra, cinnamon, mustard seed, ginger charcoal, and licorice. External application of gold sore cream: from the blood, blood over charcoal, light powder, natural copper, Chinese angelica, frankincense, myrrh, wolfberry crisp, plum, licorice, berberine and other components.
