随着高职院校招生规模的逐渐壮大,高职生生源广,差异大,传统的高职学生管理面临新的挑战。导师制是应用在高职教育中的一种创新模式,借助导师对学生在思想、素质、技能、创业等多方面个性化的培养中提升高职教育技能型和应用型人才水平,本文提出高职导师制运行模式初探,旨在突出高职培养特色,更好的实现“人才培养和素质教育理念”。
With the gradual enlargement of the enrollment of higher vocational colleges, the students of higher vocational colleges have a wide range of sources, and the differences are large. The traditional management of higher vocational students is facing new challenges. Mentor system is an innovative model used in higher vocational education. With the help of tutors, the students are promoted in the aspects of ideology, quality, skills, entrepreneurship and other aspects of personalized training to improve the level of vocational and technical education and applied talents, Vocational guidance system operating mode, aimed at highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational training, and better realization of “personnel training and quality education philosophy.”
