在社会主义市场经济条件下,国营大中型企业要建立现代企业制度,靠传统的原始管理体制是不行的,必须靠适应现代企业制度的科学管理模式,重点抓好以下四个方面:首先要制定出一套符合市场经济规律的规章制度.我们现行的制度是传统经验的总结,但在市场经济条件下,有些已不能适用,必须组织专人研究建立现代企业制度的办法,制定出符合市场经济要求的财务制度、产权制度、生产经营管理制度、人事劳动制度等等,形成一套能调动职工积极性的管理制度.
Under the conditions of a socialist market economy, state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises must establish a modern enterprise system. Relying on the traditional original management system will not work. It must rely on the scientific management model of the modern enterprise system, focusing on the following four aspects: A set of rules and regulations that conforms to the rules of market economy. Our current system is a summary of traditional experience. However, under the conditions of market economy, some of them cannot be applied. Special personnel must be organized to study ways to establish a modern enterprise system and work out a way to meet the requirements of market economy. The financial system, property rights system, production and operation management system, personnel labor system, etc., form a management system that can mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.
