采用离心浇铸工艺生产16MnV/9Cr18MoV/16MnV三层复合管坯,经剖切、热锻、热轧后制备出新型农用收割机刀具用复合钢板。刀具覆层材料16MnV具有较好的韧性,芯层9Cr18MoV可为刀具提供较好的强度和硬度。通过对不同热处理工艺下金相组织及弯曲强度的研究,确定了该复合材料最佳的热处理工艺为1050℃×1h,油淬。
Centrifugal casting process used to produce 16MnV / 9Cr18MoV / 16MnV three-layer composite tube blank, after cutting, hot forging, hot rolling to prepare a new agricultural harvester cutter composite steel. Tool coating material 16MnV has good toughness, the core 9Cr18MoV can provide better tool strength and hardness. Through the study of microstructure and flexural strength under different heat treatment processes, the best heat treatment process of the composites was determined to be 1050 ℃ × 1h, oil quenching.
