目的 :观察氯菊酯在人皮肤上的残留率。方法 :气相色谱法。结果 :氯菊酯在人皮肤上的残留率因涂布部位不同而异 ;加入阻滞吸收剂可减少该药的衰减。结论 :该药在皮肤上的残留率与时间 (h)的对数值呈一定的负相关性 ,而在玻璃表面则无相关性
Objective: To observe the residual rate of permethrin on human skin. Methods: Gas Chromatography. Results: Residual rate of permethrin on human skin varies depending on the site of application. Addition of a blocker reduces the attenuation of the drug. CONCLUSIONS: The residual rate on the skin is negatively correlated with the logarithm of time (h), but not on the glass surface
