水利价格收费作为筹集水利资金的重要渠道和建立水利“五大体系”的重要内容之一,它是水利走向市场的突破口,也是建立水利良性运行机制的前提。水利投入要有产出,工程运行中的耗费需要补偿,产出和补偿效益要通过价格和收费来实现。搞好价格收费工作,建立完善的水利价格收费体系,对实现水利经济良性循环,促进水利产业发展具有重要作用。近年来,我省水利价格体系建设,取得了一定的成绩。
