今年上半年,葫芦岛有色金属集团公司以加强设备维护,降低检修费用,提高检修质量,延长炉体使用寿命为重点,使设备管理工作上了一个新台阶。该公司设备完好率达到91.3%,同比提高0.8个百分点;甲级维护率达到98.5%,同比提高0.5个百分点。据了解,为加强设备保养,延长使用寿命,该公司以设备“评等升级”检查为主线,强化现场操作及设备保养,促进基层强化设备管理。他们坚持每月利用一周的时间,对全公司34个单位进行设备“评等升级”检查,通过对现场操作、完好、润滑、定置管理等,发现问题,立即处理。上半年,评出设备管理一等单位16个,二等单位7个,三等单位11个。
In the first half of this year, Huludao Nonferrous Metals Group Company focused on equipment maintenance, reducing maintenance costs, improving maintenance quality and extending the service life of furnaces, thus bringing equipment management to a new level. The company’s equipment intact rate reached 91.3%, an increase of 0.8 percentage points; Grade A maintenance rate reached 98.5%, an increase of 0.5 percentage points. It is understood that, in order to strengthen the maintenance of equipment and prolong the service life, the company takes the “upgrade of equipment” as the main line, strengthens the on-site operation and equipment maintenance, and promotes the grass-roots strengthening of equipment management. They insist on utilizing the time of each week for the inspection of equipments of 34 units in the whole company, and find out the problems through the on-site operation, soundness, lubrication and set-up management, and immediately deal with them. In the first half of the year, 16 first-class facilities management equipment, 7 second-class units and 11 third-class units were appraised.
