运用三维有限差分软件FLAC3D对破裂井筒的各种治理措施进行了数值模拟,分析评价了钢圈加固和喷射混凝土套壁、壁后注浆、地面注浆、开设卸压槽等各治理措施的工程效果。结果表明,钢圈加固和喷射混凝土套壁强度相对较小,适合紧急的抢险处理和防止破裂混凝土坠落,难以维持井壁的长期稳定;破壁注浆措施在一定程度上控制了井壁与土层相对位移的增大,防治井筒破裂效果良好,且预防性壁后注浆效果更为突出;地面注浆防治效果明显,在注浆孔数量不变的条件下,孔位的合理选择对保证地面注浆防治效果至关重要;卸压槽可以有效吸收纵向变形以抑制破裂井壁的发展,其开设在破裂处上部时,效果最好。分析结果可用于指导破裂井筒治理的设计与施工。
The three-dimensional finite difference software FLAC3D was used to simulate the various measures of the fractured wellbore, and the engineering measures such as steel ring reinforcement and grouting of shotcrete, grouting behind the wall, grouting on the ground and opening pressure relief groove were analyzed and evaluated effect. The results of the analysis can be used to guide the design and construction of fractured wellbore management.
