随着改革教育的推进,在新形势背景下,对于高校的体育教学发展提出了新的要求,即开展阳光体育运动。它是我国历来的体育教育的一场伟大的革命,它要求高校以阳光体育运动为出发点,改革体育教学模式、理念等。本文在阳光教育理念思想的指导下,充分分析了现阶段高校体育教学中存在的问题,进一步提出高校体育教育中实行阳光教育理念的必要性以及重要意义。
With the advancement of reform education, under the background of new situation, new requirements have been put forward for the development of physical education in colleges and universities, that is, the development of sunshine sports. It is a great revolution in the history of our country’s physical education. It requires colleges and universities to take the sun as a starting point and reform the teaching mode and concept of physical education. Under the guidance of sunshine education idea, this paper fully analyzes the existing problems in college physical education and further points out the necessity and significance of implementing sunshine education idea in college physical education.
