近几年来,有色矿山企业掀起了发展多种经营、兴办第三产业热潮。尤其是中国有色总公司对所属部分矿山实施转产、采取扶持政策以后,加速发展多经三产的势头就更加强劲了。这对振兴矿山经济、安置转岗分流人员、实现减人提效、进入市场有着重要意义。不过,从多经三产发展的实践看,尽管所取得的成绩令人鼓舞,但也暴露出一些不容忽视的问题,值得引起重视,并应予以解决和克服。
In recent years, non-ferrous mining companies have set off an upsurge in the development of diversified operations and the establishment of a tertiary industry. In particular, after China Nonferrous Metals Corporation has implemented the conversion of some of its mines and adopted supporting policies, the momentum of accelerating the development of multiple industries and production will be even stronger. This is of great significance for the revitalization of the mining economy, the placement of personnel for diversions, the reduction of personnel and efficiency, and the entry into the market. However, from the practice of the development of multiple industries and tertiary industries, although the achievements have been encouraging, some issues that cannot be ignored have also been exposed. They deserve attention and should be resolved and overcome.
