分层是为了体现图书馆的职能,突出服务重点,合理配置资源。图书馆分层服务是针对不同层次读者提供的适切服务,目的是促进读者的全面发展,实现微观层面的服务公平。文章通过对分层、读者需求分层、服务分层、服务差异以及分层服务价值的分析,探讨微观层面图书馆分层服务的公平性,提出完善读者需求管理、提升馆员服务能力的层次、科学规划服务内容体系、及时更新服务内容等策略,以期实现图书馆分层服务微观层面上的公平。
Stratification is to reflect the functions of the library, highlighting the service focus, rational allocation of resources. Library services for different levels of stratification is to provide appropriate services to readers, the purpose is to promote the all-round development of readers, to achieve micro-level service fairness. Through the analysis of stratification, reader’s demand stratification, service stratification, service difference and stratified service value, this article discusses the fairness of stratification service in micro-level library and puts forward some suggestions to improve reader’s needs management and librarian service ability , Scientifically planning service content system and timely updating of service content and other strategies in order to achieve fairness on the microscopic level of library layered services.
