It is important to prepare uranium targets in the experiment of producing superheavy elements.In this work,the preparation was carried out by molecular plating.For determining the optimum conditions of the electro deposition,the deposition behavior of ~(235)U or ~(238)U on Be foil was investigated in the present experi- ment.
