中长跑学习有利于锻炼学生的耐性和毅力,而且是一种综合型的身体锻炼方式。根据新课标的要求,在体育教学中需要重视提升学生的身体素质、心理和社会适应能力等。因此重点开发初中中长跑教学,并以新课标要求为主要的教学方向,通过激发学生兴趣,维持运动热情,练习运动技巧,培养运动精神等方式,进一步提高学生的综合体育锻炼能力。通过对已有教学经验的总结,以及从学生身上发现的运动特点等,针对教学策略做进一步说明与探讨。
Middle-distance running learning is beneficial to students’ patience and perseverance, and it is a kind of comprehensive physical exercise. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard, it is necessary to pay attention to improving students’ physical quality, psychology and social adaptability in physical education teaching. Therefore, we must focus on the development of middle school and long-distance running in junior middle school and take the new course requirements as the main teaching direction. We should further improve the students’ comprehensive physical exercise ability by stimulating students’ interest, maintaining sports enthusiasm, practicing sports skills, and cultivating sports spirits. Through the summary of the existing teaching experience, and the characteristics of the students found in the sports, etc., for further explanation and discussion of teaching strategies.
