In order to strengthen the health supervision and management of food and beverage deliveries for lunch and to ensure the safety of food hygiene, Nanjing Municipality formulated a “Provisional Administrative Measures on Health Management of Food and Drinks Delivery from Nanjing City” a year ago. Now the Nanjing Municipal Health Authority reiterated: Lunch must obtain health permits,
