Objective To explore the possibilities of bone marrow stromal cells (MSCs) to adopt Schwann cell phenotype in vitro and in vivo in SD rats. Methods MSCs were obtained from tibia and femur bone marrow and cultured in culture flasks.Beta-mercaptoethanol fol
