文章指出高校医疗体制亟需改革,现阶段新疆高校大学生沿用的公费医疗体制已基本不适应时代的发展,存在着覆盖面窄、公费医疗费用不足、学生的重大疾病得不到保障等问题,并提出完善新疆高校学生医疗保障的新思路。
The article points out the urgent need of reforming the medical system in colleges and universities.
