一、前言简支梁法测量金属片材的弯曲弹性性能是一种简便方法。据此而建立起来的测试仪及其测试方法也不少,如我国的标准JB 1821—76、西德标准DIN50151和日本的薄板法等。影响简支梁法测量精度的因素,归纳起来大致如下: 1.仪器设计是否合理。如操作方便,结构合理,测量简单等。 2.试样是否符合所要求的条件,如试样的平整性、残余应力均匀性、试样厚度的均匀性等。 3.测量挠度用的仪表的精度是否符合要求。主要是指千分表的精度及触点的灵敏度。 4.所采用的应力计算公式是否正确。前三个因素,一旦仪器定型,试样确定后也就不变了,改进的方法学者们之间也没有什
I. INTRODUCTION The method of measuring the flexural elasticity of metal sheets by the simply supported beam method is a simple and convenient method.
