各区县国土房管局、市房地产交易所、市房屋土地登记事务中心: 为进一步规范商品房销售行为,维护买卖双方的权益,根据建设部《商品房销售管理办法》(建设部令[2001]第88号),现就商品房销售的有关问题通知如下: 一、商品房预售、销售无论按建筑面积计价、按套(单元)计价、还是按套内建筑面积计价,商品房买卖合同中都应当注明所购商品房建筑面积、套内建筑面积、共有建筑分摊面积以及共有建筑分摊部位。
