重庆钢铁(集团)有限责任公司是全国首批推行现代企业制度试点的企业,试点半年以来,其资产负债率由1994年底的81.79/6降至1995年末的71.03％,共降10.67个百分点,除因清产核资和土地评估升值受影响4.85个百分点外,靠“外补内增”降低了5.82个百分点,其中“内增”部分又占了近4个百分点。重钢总经理郭代仪感慨地说:企业降低资产负债率,除了国家大力支持外,企业内部也大有潜力可挖。
Chongqing Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. was the first enterprise in the country to implement a modern enterprise system pilot project. Since the first half of the pilot period, its asset-liability ratio decreased from 81.79/6 at the end of 1994 to 71.03% at the end of 1995, a total drop of 10.67 percentage points. Due to the 4.85 percentage points increase in capital appreciation and appreciation of land appraisal, 5.82 percentage points was reduced by “external supplementation”, and the “internal increase” accounted for nearly 4 percentage points. Guo Daiyi, general manager of Chongqing Iron and Steel Company, said with emotion that: In order to reduce the asset-liability ratio, in addition to the strong support of the state, the company also has great potential to be tapped.
