The World Economic Outlook recently released by the World Bank said its 2015 global GDP (GDP) growth forecast was down by 0.2 percentage points to 2.8% due to slower growth in emerging markets and weak output in the United States. In the first half of this year, China’s foreign trade situation was less than expected. Some analysts said that the second half of the year will have some improvement, but how the future development remains to be seen. In 2014, China accounted for 18.8% of the world’s population and 12.2% of the world’s total exports, which was below average. This was mainly due to the relative paucity of natural resources, technological innovation and capital stock compared with different types of countries.
