目的:考察0.1%利凡诺溶液和加入0.01%硫代硫酸钠的0.1%利凡诺溶液的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定含量,通过初均速法测定室温贮存期。结果:0.1%利凡诺溶液和加入0.01%硫代硫酸钠的0.1%利凡诺溶液,室温下(20℃)贮存期分别为154天和611天。20℃,1000LX光照下,反应速度常数K分别为3.7467×10-4mg/ml/h和2.4897×10-4mg/ml/h。结论:后者稳定性高于前者。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of 0.1% rivanol solution and 0.1% rivanol solution with 0.01% sodium thiosulfate. Methods: The content was determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the storage period at room temperature was determined by the means of the average initial velocity. Results: The 0.1% rivanol solution and the 0.1% rivanol solution with 0.01% sodium thiosulfate were stored at room temperature (20 ° C) for 154 days and 611 days, respectively. The reaction rate constants K were 3.7467 × 10-4mg / ml / h and 2.4897 × 10-4mg / ml / h respectively at 1000 ℃ and 1000 ℃. Conclusion: The latter is more stable than the former.
