目的探讨临床护理干预对上消化道出血患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取2016年1月至5月在我科确诊并住院治疗的上消化道出血患者60例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规护理基础上给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组缓则的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果要明显优于对照组。结论临床护理干预对于上消化道出血患者具有明显的效果,可以有效改善患者病情,缩短治疗时间,促进患者早日治愈。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing intervention on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Sixty patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were diagnosed and hospitalized in our hospital from January to May in 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The control group was given routine Nursing, clinical treatment of two groups compared the effect of treatment. Results The observation group patients with clinical treatment effect was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has obvious effect, which can effectively improve the patient’s condition, shorten the treatment time and promote early cure in patients.
