本文研究了对乙氧基二溴偶氮胂与铀(Ⅵ)的显色反应.在醋酸─醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,显色剂与铀(Ⅵ)形成稳定的,兰紫色配合物,其组成为1:1,在617nm处具有最大吸收值,表现摩尔吸光系数为1.37×104L·mol(-1)·cm(-1),在0~90μg/25mL浓度范围符合比耳定律,该方法用于合成样品中微量铀的测定具有满意的结果。
In this paper, the color reaction of p - ethoxy dibromoarsenazo with uranium (Ⅵ) has been studied. In acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, the color reagent and uranium (Ⅵ) form a stable, blue-purple complex with a composition of 1: 1 and a maximum absorption at 617 nm with a molar extinction coefficient of 1.37 × 104L · mol -1 -1 cm -1. Beer’s law was fitted in the concentration range of 0-90 μg / 25 mL. The method has satisfactory results for the determination of trace uranium in synthetic samples.
