【目的】研究棉花杂交种SSR分子标记检测技术。【方法】以天云1号、天云3号及各自亲本为材料,用SDS-CTAB法提取组织DNA,通过SSR-PCR技术,进行SSR标记引物的筛选。【结果】从107对引物中共筛选出8对多态性效果较好的引物,平均每对引物产生3.2个多态性位点。【结论】该方法可以准确地鉴别出材料间的差异,为棉花杂交种分子检测提供了一个准确、稳定、快捷、实用的检测方法。
【Objective】 The aim of this study was to investigate the SSR molecular markers of cotton hybrids. 【Method】 The tissue DNA was extracted by SDS-CTAB method using Tianyun 1, Tianyun 3 and their parents as materials. SSR markers were screened by SSR-PCR. 【Result】 Eight pairs of primers with good polymorphism were screened out of 107 pairs of primers, with an average of 3.2 polymorphic loci per pair of primers. 【Conclusion】 This method can accurately identify the differences between materials and provide an accurate, stable, rapid and practical method for molecular detection of cotton hybrids.
