通过对国内外各种公共服务平台使用现状研究分析,重点阐述铁路公共服务平台的架构和关键技术,结合广铁电话订票系统的应用,提出建立铁路公共服务平台的建议。
Through the research and analysis of the status quo of the use of various public service platforms both at home and abroad, this paper mainly elaborates the structure and key technologies of the railway public service platform. In combination with the application of the railway telephone booking system, it puts forward the proposal of establishing a public service platform of the railway.
