四川省乐山市城市管理行政执法局组建二年多来,坚持以人为本,牢固树立宪法意识、人大意识、公仆意识,特别是自觉接受权力机关的监督从不含糊,使乐山的城市管理和行政执法工作有声有色。主动争取人大常委会的监督,不断提高执法水平。乐山市城市管理行政执法局成立二年多来,凡市人大通知他们参加的会议,局长都按时到会,从不委派副职代替。该局召开的重要工作会议、对城管的重大工作部署、开展的执法检查等,都主动向市人大常委会汇报,或邀请参加会议,或专题汇报阶段性工作成果及存在的问题,认真听取常委会对城市管理行政执法工作的意见,以期不断改进工作;有关工作计划、总结、信息、简报等文字材料,都及时报送市人大常委会及相关工委。通过保持经常性的工作联系,促进了严格执法,文明执法,依法办事和各项工作上台阶。
