团建工作是党建工作的重要基础,而团日活动是大学生团员教育的一种最普及的形式,它必须紧扣时代脉搏,才能达到教育的目的;必须立足基层,以自我教育为特征,最广大的青年团员都可以在参与中受到教育;必须以活动为载体,通过丰富多彩的活动,吸引充满活力的青年团员参加;必须经常化、制度化,才能真正收到实效。
The mission of CYL building is an important foundation for the party building work. CYL activity is one of the most popular forms of education for college student members. It must be closely linked to the pulse of the times in order to achieve the goal of education. It must be based on the grassroots level and is characterized by self-education. The majority of youth members can be educated in their participation. They must take the activity as the carrier, attract the energetic youth members through colorful activities, and must be regularized and institutionalized in order to really receive the results.
