增加投资,扩大内需,是中央根据亚洲金融危机对我国的影响作出的正确对策,因此是当前我国经济生活中的热点难点问题。拉动经济增长的主要因素有消费、投资、出口三大块。三者中,消费占绝对比例。从当前我国国情看,在消费中住房消费是最重要的一环。当人们普遍解决了温饱问题之后,就会追求较好的住房条件,这是一般规律。住房消费,既是今后我国新的经济增长点,又是扩大内需,带动整个消费增长的关键。这是根据我国居民住房现状、住房建设及其他产业的互动作用作出的正确选择。
