随着科学技术的不断发展,一种新型破碎材料高效无声破碎剂(简称HSCA)在建筑施工中广泛应用.因操作不当而发生眼部损害屡见不鲜.我院最近收治1例,报告如下: 曹××,男.29岁,农民,住院号129217.因双眼被HSCA烧伤4天于1993年4月10日入院.患者4天前在爆破施工时.不慎被山石头孔口喷出的HSCA烧伤双眼,当时即感烧灼样疼痛.畏光、流泪、视物不清,立即自来水冲洗双眼半小时,未用药物治疗,时隔2天,仍然觉畏光、流泪、视物更模糊,来我院就诊,门诊以“HSCA致双眼烧伤”收入院.入院检体:全身体检正常.视力双0.1,双眼睑红肿.羞明,左眼更甚.双眼结膜苍白,水肿,角膜弥漫性灰白色水肿、浑浊,房水清,KP(一),瞳孔光反应灵敏.晶体透明,眼底因角膜病变窥不清.
