我省自2003年实施领导下访制度以来,各级领导干部纷纷下访接待群众,解决了一大批群众反映强烈的问题,有力地推动了全省信访工作责任制的落实,进一步加强和改进了信访工作。实践证明,领导下访接待群众,是深入贯彻“立党为公、执政为民”的本质要求,是促进社会和谐稳定的有力举措
Since the implementation of the system of leading a petitioner in our province in 2003, leading cadres at all levels have successively interviewed the masses to solve the problem of a large number of masses’ strong response, effectively promoted the implementation of the responsibility system for petitions and letters in the province, and further strengthened and improved Petition work. Practice has proved that taking leaders’ visits to receive the masses is the essential requirement of thoroughly implementing the principle of “building the party for the public and governing for the people,” and it is a powerful move to promote social harmony and stability
