低频脉冲电磁场能够影响成骨细胞的增殖,但其机理还有待研究.使用15Hz,4mT矩形电磁场照射新生鼠颅骨细胞,MTT方法测量细胞的增殖率,通过电磁屏蔽与光隔离方法研究细胞间的通讯.结果表明,电磁场照射后的细胞能够辐射一种光信号,受电磁场照射的成骨细胞可以通过这种光辐射的通讯方式促进未受电磁场照射的正常成骨细胞的增殖(P<0.05).
Low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields can affect the proliferation of osteoblasts, but its mechanism remains to be studied.Neonatal rat calvarial cells are irradiated with 15Hz, 4mT rectangular electromagnetic fields, the cell proliferation rate is measured by MTT method, and the intercellular communication is studied by electromagnetic shielding and light isolation methods The results show that the irradiated cells can radiate an optical signal, and the osteoblasts irradiated by the electromagnetic field can promote the proliferation of normal osteoblasts without electromagnetic field (P <0.05) through the communication of this optical radiation.
