活动由来:在开展党员先进性教育活动中,北京万方西单商场党委收集到一些基层情况,党员反映在具体岗位上作用发挥形式各不相同,怎样做得更好,党员自己心中都有一个“谱儿”。于是党委在制定党员岗位标准时,打破以往大而笼统提要求的做法,在全体党员中开展了“三言两语话党员形象”活动,让党员结合岗位要求,给自己“画像立照”。
Origin of the activity: In carrying out education on the advanced nature of party members, the Party Committee of Beijing’s Xunyi Xidan Market collected some grassroots situations. The party members reflected that the roles played by each post were different in form and how to do better. The party members themselves had a “ Spectrum children. ” So when formulating the post standard of party members, the party committee broke the previous practice of offering large and general demands and carried out “three words and two words of party members” among all the party members so that party members can give themselves a “portrait according to their job requirements”.
